About Roger Manners | Business coach

I’m an Oxford born & educated estimator and surveyor in construction and property and I’ve been an entrepreneur from the age of 21. I became a management specialist in 1994, when I began to focus on helping businesses and individuals to reach their goals.

Through my experiences I have developed a strong belief in the role that continuous training and learning plays in personal success. I extend this to organisations by helping them to develop their employees; maximise performance to grow the business; and increase profits. Through my experiences I have used a powerful combination of motivated, hard working people and money to create successful businesses.

One of the best aspects of my work is the places it has taken me to. Since starting my professional career I’ve been to all parts of the UK, Europe, USA, China, South Africa and the Caribbean.

I like to practice what I preach, so in my spare time you’ll either find me out on the golf course, watching rugby union, cooking, travelling or spending time with my family and friends.
